Applying for Vice General Manager

Before you start sending me a message, get everything in line for me first. Get all of your references and background information first, and once you have all of that, then you can read what I'm looking for in my VGM's.

First requirement is one of these two things: You must have been in F.E.W. for at least 2 full seasons AND made a role play for 80% of your matches. I believe it's ok to miss one every now and then. I've even done it myself. If you don't have that, you must have at least names of other General Managers that have promoted you to VGM, and must have been VGM for at least 2 seasons, and one of them being a full season.

If you meet me so far, I'll message you a very short interview, mostly on the information that I couldn't get from anywhere. It will probably be like 2 or 3 questions, and as always, be honest. If it's hard to decide if I should make you VGM or not, your honesty will go a very far way into making up my choice. And even though I call it an interview, don't be scared. Just pretend we're going on a date or something, and we're trying to see if we can make some sort of relationship work.

After that, you're good to go. I'll promote you on here and on TWG. Note to everyone: I do have a private section on this forum that only I can see, and any VGM's or personal friends of mine. That area will be then open to you, and you'll have some say in almost everything that I do. But don't do it for the power and security of keeping a place here. Great role playing can do a long way doing that for me. Only be a VGM because you want to, and not because I want you to be.
